Golf Conditioning Program

Play a more controlled short game?

This is a four week golf conditioning program which will focus on working your body from the inside out.  You will get stronger more flexible knees, hips, hamstrings, spine, and core, thus utilizing the power that comes from your lower body more efficiently to transfer power into your swing.  You will also come out of this program with a much more flexible upper body as well. We will be focusing on rotator cuff and other shoulder and upper and lower back muscles.

We will also be focusing on balance and coordination to strengthen both your long and short game.  You will come out of this program with the tools necessary to continue conditioning on your own during season and off-season to stay in golf shape and a great pre-round warm-up that you can do before each outing.

When:  Wednesday's, Starting March 31st @ 4pm
Where:  St. Ignatius Fitness Center
Instructor: Aspen Incashola (Certified ACE Personal Trainer)
How Much:  $20.00 for the 4 weeks. That is only $5.00 per class!
